ブラジル滞在もあと２日

　Carnavalである。同時に複数箇所で面白いライブがあるのでネットカフェなんかで道草食ってる時間はないのだが、さすがに飛ばしｔｔぱなしで疲れたので、思い出したことを書いといたるわ。Recifeの街は、Antigoとよばれる旧市街、その北のSantoAntonioを中心にした商業地、BoaVistaを入り口にした交通の要という3つの島のような地形に便宜上分けることが出来、それぞれは３本ずつの橋で繋がっていて、そのなかの１０箇所程度でさまざまなconcertsやparadeが行われる。それぞれの広さは歩いて回れる程度だが、carnaval中は寿司詰めで身動きが取りにくい。さらに中心部は厳しい交通規制がかかるので猛烈に渋滞する。空いていれば３０分程度のところにOlindaという美しい街があって、ひなびたcarnavalをやっているのだが、日没後に双方の町を往復するのは得策ではない。分身の術を使うべし。バスはかなり頻繁に走っていて使いやすく、期間ちゅうはほぼ終夜運転している。憂さを晴らしすぎてラりとるガキ以外はやさしい人たちである。internet通信速度は激烈に遅い。Informationの事務所で配られているprogrammeはほぼ信用できない。新聞にその日の予定が掲載される。今までに見たBig Artistsは、Lenine、Carlinhos Brown、JorgeBenJor、Elba Ramalho、Ze Ramalhoなど。太鼓の過剰な音楽の嫌いな太鼓奏者の私としては、毎日がとてもつらいのだが、FrevoとMarchaが一日うt聞けるのはいい。ほかにCarblinhosやIndigenaの祭りも郊外で催されるので、今k来って来る＞時間が来たではまた

英語はいつもの伊丹節が読み取れず、面白さが２割減です。

Now I am in Kinshasa. Already I saw the repetitions of Werrason and ZLL Ferre. Those were extremely wonderful experience more and more than all experiences in Brasil. The music here is fundamentaly defferent from that of Brasil. It attacks my whole body and sentiment beyond the any difference of the human races, colours, languages and nationalities. Unfortunately I couldn't feel such a strong power as this in the Brasilian music. Entirely different! I am going to the repetition of Viva la Musica tonight, don't surprise, my teacher of lokole "Itsharly" will come to meet me. Tomorrow I will depart for deep inland trip to Inongo. So, I think I cannot access internet at least 3 weeks. But don't worry, I have here vodafone, pleqse call me [phone] I'm going ahead. See you!

Now I am in Inongo, a small town facing Lake Mayi Ndombe. Please forgive me that it is limitted supply of electricity and very slow internet connection. Tomorrow I will go out to the northern coast of the lake by ferryboat to Nkile and get a canoe to inland village Bobengo, and after that I will walk small pathes to the Lake Tumba. I will get a truck to Mbandaka, and get airplane to Kinshasa. I think it takes 10 days. But don't worry. I am fine. (ITAMI)半角英数字のみのコメントは受付ません

安心しました。今日例の沖縄料理店に行って

はじめまして。1999年からの伊丹さんのファンです。リンガラ音楽ー特に踊りには１９９４年東京の恵比寿ぴがぴがでハマりました。キンシャサ実にうらやましいです。友人のコンゴ人ミュージシャンたちはほぼ皆ケニアのナイロビにいるため現地での状況がいまいちわかりにくいため伊丹さんの報告が非常に楽しみです。現在仕事でザンビアにいます。命：安全第一でどうかご無事でリンガラ音楽の発祥地3回目の訪問を楽しんで下さい。とても羨ましいです。ライブルンバ不作の国　ザンビアより

私がお願いしていたのはエジプトのレバーブ
（ラバーブ、ルバーブ？）です。
革が張られた小さな丸胴に、丸い棒状の棹が付いているだけの極めてシンプルな物です。
只、弦はスティールやガットではなくて馬の毛（普通は弓として用いる）です。
もしかしたら正式な楽器というよりも玩具として売られているかも知れません。
もし見つかればお願いします。

I found FireFox installed PC in Kinshasa; so I could read all e-mails. Thank you very much for all. Now I have got all what I want to get. I will send them to Japan tomorrow. Here is very confortable internet cafe. All staffs is very kind and honorable. But very slow connections and frequent power cut; so I cannot write so much.
After I departed from Inongo; I have very difficult process on the road. Sometimes I slept deep bottom of the ship and I went ahead alone by a small pilogue; sometimes I walked deep muddy water footpath that burried over the knees and suffered equatrial sunshine to dry-out to down. But so many village people and fishermen helped me and looked forward what I wanted. So I got to Iboko; Bikoro and Mbanbdaka. Iwanted to get the ferry boat to Kinshasa but it was terriblly dirty rooms filled with many pigs, sheeps and coqs: so many plants; dried and cooked fishes and so many smells;;;;; I cannot enter the ship and flied back to Kinshasa. But I got 3 lokoles and gave one to my shisho Itsharli. I saw the concert of Papa Wemba; Zaiko Langa Langa and Werrason. Every morning Itsharli comes to teach me lokole and every afternoon we go to the repetitions of the Viva la Musica; and go concerts everynight. I have a old and modest artist who makes good lokole in Bikoro and very good young guy who can make very good ditumba of the province of Kasai. So I will send them tomorrow. I will leave here the next Monday to Cairo via Johannesburg. Thank you for reading. I will try to change the picture of the top page of my website.コメントを書く

Power supply is still alive and my patient too. Kinshasa have changed so much. Here is never the capital of the African Music. People gathering too much and crowed chased music scene. Vis-a-vis is now a gamecenter. Veve is not exist. Other live houses like Cadioka, Madison, Kimpwanza, Fouboug and NgossClub are not exist: I must go concert by taxi at night no longer walked late at night. Kinshasa has dead. But I heard repetitoin of the back band of the Werrason, their introduction to the sebene is so much excellent all of my experiences in Brasil. But in fact, that is so much cheaper than my experiences in the 1st and 2nd visit top Zaire. Matonge has no longer a capital of the African Music,,,,, ahh mawa mingi.コメントを書く

現地からのキンシャサ報告どうもありがとうございます。そうですか憧れのマトンゲ地区はルンバ音楽アフリカ音楽の中心地でなくなったのですね。涙が出るほど悲しいです。近いうちに訪問したいと思っていたのですがモチベーションが落ちました。やはり長期にわたった政変と武力衝突を伴った混乱でクラブで音楽を楽しめる層が減ったのかミュージシャンが音楽に当地で打ち込める環境でなくなったのかいずれにせよ非常に寂しい気持ちです。ナイロビはその点現在でもライブルンバを楽しむ分には良いところだと思います（伊丹さんからすると全然物足りないかもしれませんが）。もちろんキンシャサと比較にはならないでしょうが。南ア十分治安には留意されてカイロそれからポルトガルへ飛んでください。日本語でのレポートもとても楽しみにしています。因みに伊丹さんがキンシャサにいると思われるときに伊丹さんの携帯電話に私の携帯電話（ザンビア）からメッセージを送ったのですが届きましたか？ではまた
